While Im in Niagra ...

Here are some summer tunes to keep you busy till I'm back.
1.

We'll start the playlist off with some Canadian Talent Art of Fresh with their track Out Of This World. It's a fun catchy upbeat song that just sets a nice mood for a chill summer.
2.

Next we have Scars from Basement Jaxx and even though Chipmunk is on the tack I'm actually not bothered by it that much because the production in my opinion makes up for it.
3.

I had to put BLK JKS on my list because they are just a breath of fresh air and fill my void of afro rock at this moment which is never a bad thing and also they're from South Africa.
4.

Chiddy Bang are definately one of my favourite acts of 09-10 and Sooner Or Later happens to be one of my most played tracks so take a listen.
5.

Okay I absolutely love the Tacklebox mixtape and it was really hard to pick one traack so I just went for the one most fitted for this list but checkout so neat, going camping, birthdays, great outdoors, strawberry girls, well lets just say get the friggin mixtape its great for the summer.
6.

When I heard Darwin Deez's original version of the track was okay but after the Xaphoon Jones (ofChiddy Bang)remix I absolutely love it so go and support him and download his mixtape. There are a bunch of sick tracks that are also on there like the Bob Marley mix.
7.

Example's track Won't Go Quitetly is another fun song to listen to for the summer when heading out.
8.

This would have to be one of my favourite tracks from J Davey. Get Together to me is like a beautifully crafted mellow song that just seems to go sooooooooo well with those chilled summer nights on the road. Also check out their mixtape Boudoir Synema: The Great Mistapes.
9.

Now Im not the biggest fan of most of Janelle's music but every now and then I find a gem in her work and for me Neon Valley Street would have to be mine from her most recent album, so definately check it out.
10.

Johnny Polygon's track Kids Broken Hearted is another good track from an underated artist. With his mixtape Rebel Without Applause hopefully he continues to make catchy tunes.
11.

Here is another canadian artist K-OS who has been reppin for our hip-hop scene for many years and continues to do us proud with this sick track.
12.

Kele from Bloc Party had me pretty skeptic when he first came out solo but this track really grew on me and now Im obsessed plus he's Nigerian so I'll definately support.
